　　All people in the world will share the illumination of T’ienti Teachings soon. The Master Emissary will disseminate the Great Tao of the Heavenly Lord widely to the western countries. It is promissing for the T’ienti Teachings to develop in the western.

　　Prepare everything well in advance befor you go to the U.S.A. It will be a good chance for you to have a look on the western world. Besides, it will accumulate your experience of disseminating this religion. This is a very critical point of the T’ienti Teachings’ dissemination abroad.

　　But, the most important thing is to know the customs, the laws and what the western people think nowadays. For most western people are very practical. They won’t believe in a religion easily without some benefits or miracles on them. Consequently, you can teach the overseas Chinese firstly, then the western people on the conditions.

　　The Ultimate Realm’s conceptions are hundreds years ahead of the western science. Once these conceptions are pread to the scientists and philosophers of the western, they will be very interested in research on the conceptions. At the coming time, it will do a lot lf help the coming of the ultimate goals of the T’ienti Teachings. We are glad to see the day’s coming. All the deities of the high dimension will be human’s friends. OK.

　　世人將很快地分享　上帝的光芒，（因）首席將廣傳　上帝之真理大道於西方國家。天帝教宏揚於西方是前途無量。

　　赴美之前要萬事俱備，這次也是你們放眼西方世界的好機會，並藉此累積國際宏教的經驗。這是天帝教宏揚國際之一重要關鍵。但是汝等必須注意到現今西方人士的風俗習慣、法律以及思想觀念，因為大多數西方人是很現實的，除非他們有所受益或在他們身上顯現奇蹟，否則，他們是不會輕易相信一個宗教的。因此，不妨先渡化海外華人，而洋人可視情況隨緣渡化。

　　新境界的思想觀念遠超過西方科學數百年，一旦傳示於西方科、哲學家這些觀念，他們將對此等觀念產生研究之興趣。屆時，將有助於天帝教之終極目標的實現。吾等樂觀其成。所有高度空間的仙佛將與人類為友。
